General Conditions and Device Repair Agreement:
1-) Replacement or repair of defective products out of warranty is done by sending the payment receipt after customer approval.2-) Defective device repair process will take place after you confirm our pre-repair price offer and fax it to us.3 -) The responsibility for the licenses of the software on the defective products rests entirely with our customers.4-) Our customers are fully responsible for the shipping and packaging of the defective device.5-)The products left to our technical service have 90 Days It must be delivered within. No rights can be claimed for the products that are not received on time.6-) The delivery of the product is made with the "Technical Service Form". Replaced and installed products are under the manufacturer's warranty.
